HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Shipping and handling will be added to the final purchase. If there are any shipping issues please reach out using the contact section of the website. If you live in the New England area and would like to pick your bat up at the shop free of charge send us an email or text.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?

All of our bats are made to your order specifications, if you are unhappy with your final product please reach out using the contact section of the website. Bats come with a one time 30 day warranty, replacement bats are not covered. Shipping and handling on all returns and replacements must be covered. (Products must be ordered online to receive warranty coverage. Bats purchased using a discount code are not covered.)

HOW LONG UNTIL MY BAT IS FINISHED?

Every bat starts from scratch the moment you order it. All of our bats are made by hand with no computers or fancy machines. Since this is a small operation we ask that you allow 2 weeks for your bat to be finished. Most bats will not take this long however and will be ready within 1 week.

WHY ARE YOUR BATS SO CHEAP?

We keep our prices low not to be competitive but because of the core belief of this company; baseball equipment should be accessible to all players regardless of their financial situation. Every player deserves a high quality bat to swing without breaking the bank.
